INGREDIENTS
MOUSSE
2 avocados
4 tblsp raw cacao
4 tblsp coconut syrup
1 tsp raw vanilla essence
1/2 tsp Himalayan chrystal salt
1 handful of cocoa nibs
1 handful of berries
METHOD
In a food processor, add the avocados, cacao, coconut syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Process until smooth and creamy. Taste for sweetness and add more syrup if necessary.
Spoon the mousse into serving bowls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The mousse will become thicker as it refrigerates.
Garnish with berries, pistachios and cocoa nibs.
