BASE
1 half head of cauliflower
1 egg
spices (Mexican or Indian)
TOPPING
3 mushrooms
1 small onion
hemp seeds
dulse flakes
tomatoes
add whatever you love as
a topping!
METHOD
Put one half head of fresh, organic Cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbles.
Wrap Cauliflower into a dish towel and wring as much of the juice out as you can to ensure you get a chewy pizza like crust.
Add one egg and spices of your choice. Once combined, pat into a 25cm round prepared pizza pan.
Meantime prepare what goes onto your base: Sauteed mushrooms, leeks, tomatoes, hemp seeds and dulse flakes.
Or prepare in a more traditional style with tomatoes, cheese and your fav cold meats.
