INGREDIENTS
500 ml almond milk (DIY here)
2 dates
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp of cinamon
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tsp of Chinese Five Spices Blend*
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
* star anise, cloves, cinnamon, Szechwan pepper, fennel seeds
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can add ice or frozen bananas for a cooling Australian summer smoothie or gently heat for a warming drink on a cold winter’s day.
