INGREDIENTS
1 fennel
1 apple
1 cucumber
1 tsp flower seasoning (optional)
1 tsp black seeds
olive oil and apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp pistachios
METHOD
Thinly slice the fennel, apple and cucumber on a mandolin and mix in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and season with spices.
Lastly sprinkle the nuts on top and enjoy fresh.
