GREEN JUICE
2 leaves kale
1 leaf silverbeet
1 small cucumber
4 stalks celery
1 small green apple
1 piece fresh ginger
Optional: Add fresh herbs like
mint or basil.
METHOD
Wash fruit and veggies thoroughly and process piece by piece through a cold-press juicer.
Will keep in the fridge for 1 day
but best when consumed fresh.
