INGREDIENTS
CHOCOLATE
100g raw cacao paste
4 tbsp coconut nectar
optional
1 handful of pistachio
1 handful of goji berries
1 handful of cacoa nibs
1 handful of chia
METHOD
Melt the chocolate slowly over low heat in a water bath. Chocolate is very delicate and can become lumpy or grainy if overheated. (Avoid all contact with water as the chocolate will seize).
Stir frequently and add sweetener of your choice.
Meanwhile prepare the moulds. I add my superfoods and then pour the chocolate on top.
Chill in fridge for half an hour (or longer) and enjoy.
