METHOD
Wash fruit and vegetables and slowly press through your juicer. Start with lighter and similar colours so your juice is extraced bright and fresh.
Serve in small glasses and drink immediately. (As soon as your juice gets exposed to air, its live enzymes begin to degrade, therefore decreasing the nutritional content.)
