CHOCOLATE
1 cup cacao (raw)
1 cup cacao butter
4 tbsp coconut nectar
PEANUT BUTTER
2 cups peanuts
Place in a food processor, and grind until desired consistency.
METHOD
Place the cacao butter in heat proof dish and melt, over low heat, in a water bath. Stir in raw cacao and coconut nectar. (Make sure this mixtures doesn't reach more than 40C as the raw cacao will loose all it's goodness above that.)
Meanwhile prepare the peanut butter. Either DIY or open a jar!
Then layer one chocolate one peanut butter and another chocolate in a silicone mould or cupcake wrapper.
Place in fridge for half an hour (or longer) and enjoy.
