SATAY BALLS (RAW)
Raw, Vegetarian, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free, Healthy Snacks
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cashews (soaked)
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic crushed
1 tsp chili
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp organic tamari sauce
(I use Wan Ja Shan)
2 tbsp lemon juice
sesame seeds and coconut
to sprinkle
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until desired consistency.
The dough should not be too
dry or sticky.
Shape mixture into balls and roll in sesame or dessicated coconut.
Keep in a glass container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
